Terms & Conditions:
Please read carefully

ALL DOGS MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND HAVE HAD THEIR KENNEL COUGH VACCINE 14 DAYS PRIO TO THEIR STAY.
DOGS ARE ACCEPTED FOR BOARDING ONLY AT OWNERS RISK

We are not a conventional Kennels, this means dogs sleep in our home and can run and play under supervision with other dogs, your dog will be fed separately.  

Spilmah Home boarding will ONLY accept non-aggressive dogs.

Payment is due on the first day of the holiday. All days are chargeable.

All damages are to be paid for.

Drop off / collection is by appointment only!.
In the event of the dog needing veterinary care owners with be contacted immediately and treatment will be charged for.

Only spayed / neutered dogs will be accepted. ( unless too young )
No Bitches in season. If your dog is due in season at the time of your holiday it is our desecration whether to accept her or not! 
our decision is final, like wise if your dog comes into season whilst here, you or your emergency contact will be called and asked to collect your dog.
Dogs coming in will NOT be accepted with open wounds.

If your dog has been ill prior to his/her stay, owners MUST contact Spilmah home boarding to discuss your dogs stay, it maybe your dog will have to go in our quarantine area for a day or two before mixing with the other dogs.

Spilmah home boarding will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items bought in with the dogs.

No Collection or drop off's on SUNDAYS

Bookings made by yourself are only provisional until approved by us, all new dogs are assessed before they can stay.

Privacy & Safety

Permission is required for :
1.) Your dog to be let off lead, other wise they will be walked on a long lead or Flexi. 

2.) To mix with other dogs.

Due to the change in the law, Spilmah Home Boarding will not accept XL Bullies

We have our own caged pet parrot and to ensure her safety all dogs will be kept on their lead while passing the cage!

Permission will be sought before photos of clients dogs are used for social media. Photos of dogs if permission is granted will only be posted after the dog/s have gone home! Dogs are never named on social media!.

Visitors ( perspective clients ) to Spilmah Home Boarding will not come into contact with other clients dogs.
